MobilePages Content Posting Guidelines

As part of the MobilePages Service, Subject Company permits you to post certain content onto MobilePages that you or other users may create.  Any content you submit, upload, post or otherwise make available through the MobilePages Service, including User Postings, must meet the Content-Posting Guidelines as detailed below.

 

Content you submit, upload, post or otherwise make available may not:

 

¤  Contain sexually explicit materials;

¤  Contain obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity;

¤  Infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or be deceptive or fraudulent;

¤  Promote the use or sale of illegal substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms;

¤  Offer, promote or discuss illegal services or otherwise refer to unlawful activities;

¤  Promote gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports books, bingo or poker;

¤  Contain inflammatory religious content;

¤  Promote, discuss, or refer to any known associations with hate, criminal and/or terrorist activities;

¤  Exploit political agendas or use Òhot buttonÓ issues for commercial use;

¤  Contain hate speech, whether directed at an individual or a group, and whether based upon the race, sex, creed, national origin, disability, religious affiliation, family or marital status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or language of such individual or group;

¤  Promote, discuss, or refer to illegal activity and/or illegal contests, pyramid schemes, mail fraud, sweepstakes or chain letters;

¤  Contain investment advice or opportunities not permitted by applicable law;

¤  Promote, discuss, or refer to software piracy, hacking or illegal downloads of any kind;

¤  Contain ÒSpamÓ or other content that violates applicable laws, regulations or industry standards;

¤  Contain offers that include or require toolbar or other downloads that include spyware or malware; and

¤ Contain any other fraudulent or misleading content, including offers that fail to provide a user with promised products or discounts, or that otherwise mislead or surprise users (e.g. such as by charging a user a monthly subscription fee without clear and easy-to-understand disclosure of the same within the initial offer description and at any significant points of user interface).
